TGIBT for me came with a lot of opportunity and exposure but working with you was much more of fun. You are so loving that we never felt we are working with you for the first time. Great time spent with you in Indore.
Hope you take away sweet memories of my city, our university and above all TGIBT Indore chapter volunteers.
Wishing you all the luck for your future endeavours.

Empathy Wellness Foundation’s workshops changed the way our students view mental health. Kids who used to bottle up their feelings are now more open and expressive. We’ve noticed a visible drop in behavioural issues, and academic performance has improved too. This is the change we were hoping for.”
Rukmini Tai, Self-Help Group Member, Baramati
“In our village, no one talked about mental stress. We thought it’s just part of life. But after Empathy’s women’s wellness sessions, we understood how important it is to care for our minds too. Now we have support circles, and I feel like someone finally sees us.”
Ritesh S., Volunteer Intern
“Empathy gave me a platform to learn, contribute, and grow. As a psychology student, being part of their fieldwork and community programs gave me real-world experience and purpose. This foundation shapes not just lives, but future mental health leaders.”
Anonymous Caller, COVID Support Helpline
“During the lockdown, I felt isolated and hopeless. I came across Empathy’s helpline and just talking to someone helped me breathe again. Their follow-up sessions made me feel cared for when everything else felt uncertain.”
